Today, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment received a prestigious 6-star rating in the digital transformation category at the ninth edition of the International Best Practices Competition (IBPC), for its Housing Intelligence Matrix. This honor highlights the Establishment’s commitment to making every effort to develop the operational system in the housing sector, enhance the experience of its stakeholders, and bolster the competitiveness of the establishment. The Housing Intelligence Matrix also ranks among the highest excellence categories for best practices globally.
The Housing Intelligence Matrix, a product of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment that won the award, relies on advanced artificial intelligence technologies and a vast array of data sources. Its primary function is to simplify the housing application process, swiftly identifying qualified applicants using reliable data sources. These innovative solutions have significantly reduced the processing time for applications and minimized human intervention in data processing, reducing it from days to just a few minutes. Additionally, the implementation of this matrix has led to an 80% reduction in costs, an increase in productivity, and a notable improvement in overall satisfaction with its services. It achieved the top rank in customer and employee satisfaction within the Dubai government.
