Emaar reveals plans for The Music, Colour, and Fire Plaza

Emaar Properties has announced plans for The Music, Colour, and Fire Plaza at Dubai Square in Dubai Creek Harbour.

Located adjacent to the Dubai Creek Tower, the plaza will showcase a combination of fire displays, vibrant colours, and synchronised music.

During inactive periods, the plaza will transform into a bustling public space, encouraging visitors to explore and interact with their surroundings.

The design ensures the plaza remains functional and accessible when the music feature is turned off.

Emaar is currently in discussions with a prominent Chinese technology firm, renowned for its expertise in creating iconic music and fire features, to develop the plaza. This collaboration aims to integrate artistry and technology, offering an unmatched experience.

“Emaar is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation,” say Emaar founder

“Dubai Creek Tower is more than a landmark; it’s a hub for community interaction,” said Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of Emaar Properties. “The Music, Colour, and Fire Plaza, with its advanced technology, embodies our commitment to enhancing Dubai’s landscape through innovative design. Emaar is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence, reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global leader in urban development and setting a new standard for cities worldwide.”

Dubai Creek Tower is a part of the expansive Dubai Creek Harbour project, a planned urban development covering 7.4 million square metres of residential space and 500,000 square metres of gardens and open areas.

The project features pedestrian-friendly streets, a variety of retail options, commercial spaces, entertainment venues, and premium facilities.

Spanning 81 million square feet and boasting a development value of Dhs55bn, The Heights Country Club & Wellness is strategically located a mere 10 minutes away from the Al Maktoum International Airport.

This airport, currently undergoing a transformative expansion, is poised to become the largest in the world, capable of handling a staggering 260 million passengers annually, further enhancing the accessibility and connectivity of The Heights Country Club & Wellness.
