It is also considered one of the most valuable rental deals in the emirate at Dhs3.7m a year.

The residential community is considered one of Dubai’s most exclusive addresses.

The 5,192 square foot fully furnished townhouse comes with Christofle cutlery, Hermès furnishings and contemporary artwork.
