Baccarat Hotel 1

Dubai-based investment firm Shamal Holding has unveiled the details of the first Baccarat Hotel in the UAE, a 145-room luxury property set to open in Downtown Dubai.

The Baccarat Hotel Dubai marks the brand’s debut in the region.

Inspired by the famed Baccarat crystal, the hotel’s architecture features shimmering glass towers that complement Downtown Dubai’s skyline.

Guests will experience refined luxury through meticulously designed interiors, including the grand salon illuminated by Baccarat crystal chandeliers and adorned in the brand’s signature red.

The signature Baccarat bar will offer a sophisticated setting with mirrored accents, velvet furnishings, and a grand piano as the focal point.

The hotel will offer a range of luxury accommodations, from classic king and queen rooms to expansive suites, each featuring marble finishes, custom artwork, and modern amenities.

Guests can indulge in world-class dining at the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, while the wellness centre, complete with a pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa and a serene spa, provides an oasis for relaxation.

Beyond the hotel, the upper floors will house branded residences, offering a taste of the “Everyday Baccarat” lifestyle.

The exclusive residences include two- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, all with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and access to hotel services.

Baccarat Hotel Dubai aims to set a new standard for ultra-luxury hospitality

“We are proud to bring Baccarat’s legendary luxury to the UAE,” said Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal Holding.

“This development not only highlights our commitment to extraordinary experiences but also aligns with the rising demand for ultra-luxury tourism globally,” he added.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Dubai-based H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts, which operates the Baccarat Hotels brand.

Architectural design is led by Studio Libeskind, with interiors crafted by 1508 London.

Miltos Bossinis, CEO of H&H Development, hailed the project as a “new standard of ultra-luxury hospitality,” while Raul Leal, CEO of SH Hotels & Resorts, emphasised Baccarat’s legacy of craftsmanship and artistry, adding that the hotel will offer guests “unforgettable opulence” in every detail.
