Fairmont, Sol Properties to build premium residential tower in Downtown Dubai

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has partnered with UAE-based developer Sol Properties to launch a high-end residential development in Downtown Dubai, aiming to redefine luxury real estate standards.

The new project, Fairmont Residences Solara Tower, is a 55-storey premium housing complex currently under construction and slated for completion by Q3 2027.

The development will offer residents stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, combining Fairmont’s renowned luxury hospitality standards with Sol Properties’ expertise in luxury real estate.

Ajay Bhatia, founder and CEO of Sol Properties, said, “We are elated to provide a completely new standard of luxury living in Downtown Dubai. We aim to provide residents with exclusive amenities and personalised services, thereby setting a new precedent for comfort and convenience for end users.”

The development will feature spacious layouts and the latest amenities and include expansive terraces that will provide breathtaking views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and the exquisite Dubai Fountain. A standout feature of Fairmont Residences Solara Tower is its provision of private swimming pools in selected apartments.

Residents will also have exclusive access to Fairmont’s integrated amenities, including gourmet restaurants, fitness centres, spas, and wellness centres.

The project reflects the growing appeal and expansion of luxury living in Dubai, with the city’s luxury residential real estate market projected to grow by over 8 per cent by 2029.

Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai joins a portfolio of 16 Fairmont-branded residences, with 22 more projects in the pipeline.
