Dubai real estate: Emaar unveils The Oasis, a $20bn luxury waterfront project
Emaar, the renowned property developer, has announced a $20 billion luxury waterfront development known as The Oasis.
This project, located on the outskirts of Dubai, will include 7,000 residential units, including mansions and villas.
With an emphasis on “stunning” vistas, Emaar promises future residents views of canals, lakes, and parks.
While the exact location of The Oasis has not been disclosed, Emaar assures that it will be a mere 20-minute drive from Downtown Dubai.
At an event held at Dubai’s Armani Hotel on Tuesday night, Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar expressed his excitement for the project, stating that it would harmoniously blend architecture and amenities to redefine the concept of luxurious living surrounded by nature and water.
The development will occupy a significant portion of land dedicated to lakes, water canals, parks, jogging tracks, green spaces, and many luxury amenities.
“Our most recent integrated project, The Oasis by Emaar, is poised to complement the urban landscape of Dubai and redefine the future of luxurious living amidst nature and water, blending harmonious architecture and exceptional amenities,” said Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar.
“Our primary objective is to design one-of-a-kind destinations that complement our clients’ opulent way of life while providing unmatched comfort and luxury,” Alabbar added.
The unveiling ceremony for The Oasis was attended by Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan, who praised Emaar’s commitment to consistently delivering exceptional urban marvels.
“Whenever Emaar presents us with an urban marvel, it immediately follows it with another new destination that is a masterpiece in and of itself, such as The Oasis by Emaar, which we are celebrating tonight,” Khan said.
