All the latest big names to join the trend

There is nothing Dubai loves more than indulging in the luxurious side of life. So much so that it even extends to where we live.
Some of the biggest names from the worlds of fashion and automobiles have either already opened a luxury branded residence in Dubai or announced plans to launch one.
It’s still early in the year, but Bentley, Mercedes-Benz and Lamborghini have already announced plans to open incredible luxury branded residences in Dubai.
Plans may not be quite as speedy to come together as the supercars they’re built in homage to, but there seem to be more than enough people racing to snap them up.
Here are some of the luxury branded residences in Dubai right now, and those set to join the designer residential ranks soon.
Armani
It was nearly 14 years ago when Italian luxury fashion house Armani opened its first ever hotel and luxury branded residences in the world, right here in Dubai. In partnership with Emaar, Armani towers above the rest when it comes to location: Burj Khalifa. Armani Residences occupy floors nine to 16, and comprise one- and two-bedroom suites, all designed by Giorgio Armani himself.
The brand is now expanding into another of Dubai’s most luxurious locations, Palm Jumeirah. Here, the Armani/Casa interior design studio is collaborating with Japanese architect Tadao Ando and UAE developer Arada on the Armani Beach Residences. If you’re feeling flush, you can register your interest now with Arada with the project expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Prices are expected to start from Dhs39 million at the site.
Bentley
A collaboration between Dubai property broker Mira Developments and Bentley Home –the interior design arm of luxury car brand Bentley and part of the Luxury Living Group – was launched in February 2024. It will be located in the heart of Dubai and is the first villa community in the world to feature Bentley Home designed interiors.
Mira Villas designed by Bentley Home will comprise 27 villas of 600 square meters and nine VIP Villas of 1,200 square meters.
Bugatti
French luxury sports car manufacturer Bugatti has collaborated with the similarly named Dubai real estate developer Binghatti for a new luxury branded residence in Business Bay. The property will have 11 sky mansion penthouses and a total of 182 residences.
The proposed design, launched late in 2023, is said to be reminiscent of the French Riviera. We’re not sure we can see it but it is undoubtedly a striking design. Handover date is expected to be 2025 and the predicted starting price for a residence is Dhs19.1 million.
Cavalli
High-end Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli is best known for its clothing, perfume and leather products which have all featured at some of the biggest fashion shows in the world.
A new 71-storey tower from DAMAC Properties in Dubai Marina bears the name of Cavalli and is the company’s first foray into the luxury branded space. In 2019, DAMAC acquired the fashion group. The new development will feature home interiors, prints and designs from Roberto Cavalli when it eventually opens. The development value is around Dhs2 billion and it will be made up of 436 intricately designed units.
Karl Lagerfeld
Karl Lagerfeld was one of the most well-renowned fashion designers in the world while he was still with us. His fashion house continues his legacy of sleek design and aesthetic to this day.
Plans for a new luxury branded residence in collaboration with property developer Taraf, part of Yas Holding, were revealed on Tuesday March 2. The design is inspired by the façade of Karl Lagerfeld’s headquarters in Paris. The project in Meydan will have 51 residences with each having between five and seven bedrooms.
Lamborghini
Shut your eyes and imagine a sports car; there’s a high chance you’re picturing a Lamborghini. Etched in the minds of teenage boys and motorheads alike, the Lamborghini-branded Woodland Residences project managed to sell out its Dhs425 million development only a week after it launched.
The car brand will contribute to the interior design of each villa. The starting price at the Woodland Residences, developed by AMIS properties, was Dhs 3.7 million. The project was launched early in 2024 and is not expected to be complete for some time.
Mercedes-Benz
One of the biggest names in the car game will leave its mark on the Dubai skyline with a 341-metre-tall Mercedes-Benz branded tower. The 65-storey luxury branded residence is another collaboration on this list with real estate developer Binghatti. There will be 150 residences in the building including five penthouses.
Pininfarina
A “wind-sculpted” architectural design from Pininfarina is set to take over Dubai Internet City skies. The Italian brand is better known for its car design, most notably for Ferrari since the 1950s. The 66-storey residential tower is scheduled to be completed in 2027.
Versace
High-end Italian brand Versace is one of the world’s most recognisable names in the fashion world. Owning a Versace piece is a way of expressing your status to the world but owning a Versace apartment is a whole other level. The Palazzo Versace in Dubai Creek, opened in 2015, is one of only three properties by the brand in the world. Primarily a hotel, it does have long-stay serviced residential options and an apartment can be bought from Dhs2.6 million.
